Lina Elwood received 2nd place at the Chopin International Competition, Hartford, CT.
Samuel Rossoni received first place at Crescendo International Competition, and performed at the Weill Recital Hall at the Carnegie Hall.
Alan Becker, Lina Elwood, Eric Jansa (piano) were winners and Miko Coakley (violin) was a recipient of Honorable Mention of 34th Deborah Kahan Competition sponsored by Connecticut State Music Teachers Association Fairfield Chapter.

Pianist Allan Becker received the 2nd prize for the J.S. Bach Award sponsored by the Schubert Club of Fairfield County
Pianist Meredith Sullivan won the Silver Award at the Golden Key Festival. She will perform at the Carnegie Hall on April 29th, 2018.
Pianist Sophie Gaspel was awarded a scholarship to attend the New England Music Camp this Summer
Pianist Gleb Syomichev was the Grand Prix Winner at the New York Concert Festival International Competition. He will present a concert at Carnegie Hall on April 8th, 2018.
Violinist Angela Kapikian, from the Orange School, has been selected to perform at the First @ First @ Four Concert Series – Young Artist Showcase at the First United Methodist Church in Stamford.
Pianist Aanya Gandhi was the Second Prize Winner at the New York Concert Festival International Competition. She presented a concert at the Engelman Hall at Baruch Performing Arts Center on March 26th, 2018.
Violists Michael Fording and Natalie Schreder were both selected for the CMEA Regionals Festival and CMEA All State Festival. Michael was Principal Viola for the Regionals Festival Orchestra.
