Harpist Jane Zopff earned her Bachelor of Music Education degree from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky and continued harp studies during graduate school at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Ohio University, and at the Salzedo Harp Colony in Camden, Maine. She has been using the Suzuki Method for Harp successfully for more than 25 years in Ohio, Tennessee and the Utah Suzuki Harp Institute before moving to New York in 2015. Jane’s students have earned opportunities and scholarships with: Interlochen Arts Academy High School, Denver High School for Performing Arts, “From the Top” on NPR, Chanticleer Children’s Chorus of West Virginia, AR Rahman’s Conservatory in Chennai, India and numerous universities.  

Jane’s extensive performing career with numerous orchestras, choirs, chamber music groups and solo engagements throughout the midwest, south and southeast play a significant role in her capacity to train students in all aspects of harp performance. She also loves playing musicals and shows: a few of the artists she has performed with include: Bernadette Peters, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra, Jr., Judy Collins, Luciano Pavarotti, Richard Harris, Carol Channing, and Yul Brynner.
