DESCRIPTION:Performance Description \n\n\nEnjoy a performance of pop\, rock and classics performed by local string ensemble\, Vivace! Their concert will feature a variety of fun music the whole family can enjoy. Their show features specially created arrangements of favorite pop/rock tunes\, from Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely” to OneRepublic’s “Secrets.”\n\n\n\n\n\nVivace Bio\n\n\nVivace is the senior string ensemble of the Suzuki Music Schools formed in 2009. Performing a mixture of pop\, rock and musical theater selections\, their repertoire appeals to audiences of all ages and inspires young children! Vivace has shared their talents with audiences across the United States and Europe and recorded their first CD with Grammy winner Joe McCarthy in 2014. Throughout the past 10+ years\, Vivace has teamed up with a variety of charity organizations\, including Blossom Hill Foundation\, KEYS Music\, Brady’s Smile and Children’s Cancer Research\, to support their charitable work for children. Their members include students from Westport\, Fairfield\, Litchfield\, Trumbull\, Wilton\, New Canaan\, Milford\, Bridgeport\, Greenwich and Stamford.
